241123 A Case Of My HDFC Life Insurance Policy

 A Case Of My HDFC Life Insurance Policy

         I have come up with a peculiar case of non-compliance with accounting principles in my Life Insurance Policy with the HDFC Life. The straight and simple clarifications given to me by the Company have perturbed me and I started wondering if this was one of the major ills in the recent years in the financial sectors and banks. I have taken up the issue with the Company as well as I had approached the Ombudsman. But so far I haven't got any satisfactory clarification about it. So while I am dealing the matter with the concerned offices, I thought I will put it across to my viewers as well to see if I am able to put across my views to them and to be of a help to them if they too have faced such issues. Here's the gist of it (extracts from my emails):

      ===>   "It's been over six months and you haven't clarified about the maturity amount not matching up to proper Standards of maturity i.e. :" {here I am explaining the expected standards of maturity for a layman}

     " A normal Life Insurance Policy pays a maturity amount of sum assured plus a total of annually accrued commissions. So the net payout is more than the sum assured amount. So a five lakhs policy would take in payments of 2.5 lakhs and payout 5 lakhs plus commissions. But a Max NAV based policy is fundamentally an improved version over the normal policy and hence it is expected to give more returns than a normal policy because it is likely to accumulate more earnings, and consequently commissions."  {So a Standard of Maturity payment for a 5L policy with input of 2.5L is 5L + Bonus Amount. So my 2.5L gives me back up to 6L to 8L in a normal policy. And since a Max. NAV policy version is an advanced version, so it should pay me about 8L or more. This is subject to market conditions, but Market has increased maybe by 3 fold or more during the past 10 - 11 years. So wouldn't my policy of 5L generate anywhere about 15L or more?}

        "But in my case about Policy Number ****9714, the input money is INR 2,50,000, but the maturity amount is only INR 97660. If I add the previous partial withdrawals of INR 25000 and INR 15000, then the payout amount becomes INR 137660. If I add another withdrawal of about INR 113000 as stated by your company staff over phone, then the total payout becomes about INR 250660. Compare this to the expected payout amount of INR 5,00,000 plus commissions." {If I go by my memory, I had only about 40K available for partial withdrawal of which I withdrew 25K and later on I withdrew another 15K. But if LIC records are showing another about 113000, then my bank records would show it. Anyway, assuming that also is correct, even then, the total payout to me comes to only 250660. Which means, my 2.5L investment has matured into just 250660 over ten years!}{compare this to above mentioned Standards of Maturity}{Herein I would like to mention that the theoretical amount of about 15L will reduce due to operational lapses as well as due to reduction in Capital due to partial withdrawal. But still I can safely expect the total maturity amount to be anywhere around 8L or so}

        "Hence, I can visualize a gross misappropriation of my funds or maybe fraudulent NAV generation resulting in non-payment of 'Full Maturity Amount' as per proper standards of maturity of an insurance policy." {This I am pointing out as a probable cause of my actual maturity amount not matching up to the Standard of Maturity of about 8L or so}. {But Company people are not willing to understand this cause and instead just quoting their NAV as the standard of maturity amount payments}

        

      {This means the NAV calculation and accounting methods adopted by the Company are wrong and falsifying . Such misappropriation of funds must be making them a cool 10L for every policy of 5L which they could be dividing amongst themselves}

        "I had lodged a complaint immediately upon payment of only INR 97660 to me as a maturity amount and repeatedly reminded about it in further 'HDFCSL=********' reference emails, but neither have my doubts been cleared nor my funds have been paid out to me yet. I had also visited the branch office in ***** (locality) but even that was also not satisfactory."

{It's not that the Company is not listening to my complaint. They are, but their straight and simple modus operandi is to quote the NAV and multiply the number of units with the NAV to get the resultant maturity amount. Nowhere are they concerned that they could be conducting a gross accounting error or conjoining up in a fraud} {Secondly, the executive Officers who show up their faces or reply on phone or over email are overconfident in quoting the NAV. They are least bothered to suspect the misappropriation of funds and raise up the accountants to recheck it and furnish a detailed account of investments, profits and losses}

        "I request you to give to me a written reply about my fund's calculations and the net maturity amount due to me as per your calculations."  {not calculations of my funds and yearly profit/loss accounts have been attempted. Only, yearly NAVs are quoted which remain almost stagnant, no matter if the markets increase to 3 fold over the years and they fluctuate grossly up and down even ten times in a year!}.

       "  As such, I also wish to approach the Grievance Redress Officer of your Company if I am not satisfied with your reply-back. So, I request you to give to me such contact details." {still waiting for such entity's address}

        "Here, I wish to also inform you that failing in my attempts with your Company's Officers, I will be lodging a complaint to the Ombudsman's office." {They need a formal signed and documented complaint. They don't act on email copies. So I have to wait for entity's reply, attach a copy of it to my complaint and then it will be acted upon.}

        "Lastly I would like to quote my first complaint email to you about this matter:

      As per our telephonic conversation and further SMS messages, I have sent my documents to you vide the below attached email. But it seems you have neither updated my address in my account nor have you rechecked the policy amount due to me.

     Under simple consideration, I have paid INR 50000 annually for five years from 2013 to 2017 (albeit missing out on proper scheduled dates)

which makes up a sum of INR 250000 (two lakhs and fifty thousand) whereas, you have paid back to me partial withdrawal of INR 25000 and INR 15000 (total 40000) during policy term and INR 97660 upon maturity. This makes a total of only INR 137660.

      This is completely absurd considering that usually a Life Insurance Policy pays back Sum Assured plus Bonus and theoretically and in principle, an NAV based policy of Highest NAV should perform better than traditional Bonus oriented policy. This means that my policy should give me returns better than INR 500000 and Bonus.

       Hence your policy is highly erroneous in calculating my maturity amount. NAV is calculated and maintained by your Company and by your experts. If we compare the markets, it has grown immensely over the past ten years (mutual funds are multiplying the money five to eight times, i.e. 2.5L would be 12.5L to 20L depending upon the MF) whereas your policy is giving a negative trend. This shows there is some big error in your compilation or is it that your Company is involved in some scam or fraudulent misappropriation of funds?

       Hence, I request you to recheck your system and confirm to me if everything is correct in your calculations. If possible, also give to me, e record of such calculations.

       Also, let me know, the contact details of Ombudsman or your higher Authority in this matter."

        So, this is the case with my Life Insurance Policy and I am sure many other people must be facing the same difficulties. Could this be an issue with various other Companies as well? Could it be the underlining reason behind many bank scams and financial scams experienced in recent years? Could it be another modus operandi of depriving people of their money and accumulating wealth in own hands to boost own progress and own Companies?

161123 About Semi-finals, Cricket Group And Ipycomments.co Domain

      Hello everybody, hope you all enjoyed yesterday's semi-final match wherein India defeated New Zealand to get their ticket to the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup Finals at Ahmedabad on the 19th. Well, Best of luck to the Indian team for the finals.

       But talking about the performances, whereas the Indian team started with high spirits and superb performances, their competitors picked up the momentum. This is particularly true about Australia and South Africa. Both these teams are giving single-handed exorbitant show of strength in each of their latest matches. Thus, these teams, especially Australia, are effectively creating an awe about having to contest them in the semi-finals or the finals. Even New Zealand was giving a high scoring performance and they were aptly supported by the wide balls, byes, leg-byes and overthrows, they eventually succumbed to the Shami effect. Surprisingly, even Bumrah and Siraj failed. New Zealand were also riding safely with luck on their side. So there were many players on NZ side but only they didn't have Shami and they collapsed against him.  But things won't be so easy against the Aussies.

          But in the finals, a team effort will be of utmost importance. They all will have to put in their part of efforts and lapses should not be allowed at all. In fact, it would be a good idea if the team management proclaims a penalty for lapses on account of any player in their professionalism on the field. This would create a fear upon the back-biters and opportunity-gropers. Afterall, Finals are a four yearly dream and so many teams are already out of it for the next four years. And this team has a verve to get the Cup and they should go for it. All other distractions should be blocked for at least until two days. I wonder if the team should also adopt the same type of strategy that MLAs adopt to counteract desertions, i.e. go into isolation and return back directly onto the assembly floor.

                The match against England was, it seems, a lopsided match. The main Indian batsmen just scooped up catches to go and relax in the pavilion while the Captain himself along with his bowlers, matched the English side. There was, it seems, a display of the bowling strength of the Indian team, after giving them a mild target to defend.

                        But then, there too, there was something different with the performance of Siraj and the Captain was clearly dissatisfied with it. It appeared the hero of the Asia Cup Finals was nowhere to be found. He bowled a lean, outside the off-stump, spell without any kind of success in it. Had he bowled a few deliveries onto the stumps then maybe he too could have got a wicket. But bowling was not all that he missed. He missed and messed up in the fielding too. Could it be he messed it up purposefully to signify that he was not required to perform. Or is it that some external effects are forcing him not to perform on the field?

                        From my own experiences in life, I have seen good people and good friends turn away only to find that 'sam, dam, dand, bhed, etc. were the cause of it. The team management should take note of all these effects and work out to remove the cause of it instead of directly taking a disciplinary action against the star players. Surely we would like the third pacer to be top performer too but resolving the issue is the need of the occurrence.

                        Hope the matters are resolved well in time because the team will have harder tasks to face in the coming up matches.   IPYadav

                Today is Live Event of England vs India in the ICC World Cup. This could have been the recap of the last world cup if India had not lost to the Kiwis in the Semifinals then but the Indian team was overburdened with a lot of snags and eventually lost the match. Besides the cricket talent and team spirit, they had to deal with the whole world of interferers who were devising deceiving tactics in the atmosphere to eventually bog them down. It was not just a semi-final match, it was like India against the world in the Atmosphere there.

            What is this Atmosphere? This is the movement of spirits in each individuals cybersphere as well as their intermingling at the event site. These act on a lot of actions on the field like thinking and planning, feelings and spirits, mutual bonding in the team, killing attitude towards the opponents, eyesight, instincts and reflexes, dual minds in use of techniques, body movements and responses, etc. These spirits are invoked due to a lot of reasons which can be long standing or lifelong standing or short time churnings. The community undergoes long standing effects, the individuals deal with their life's hurdles and practice and experience makes a man (or a woman) perfect. Everyone works hard and prepares for these kinds of hurdles and assaults but then on the scene of action where various spirits collide, the atmosphere gets churned up and the final outcome decides the way of the future. So the stakes go up and the involved interests also go up.

                    If it's an open involvement event, then anybody can get involved and cause it's effects, e.g in the case of a war or riot, but does it make any sense if two persons are contesting in a competition over any of their skills? One may say that if a country's pride is at stake then all the countrymen can rightfully get involved but even then, where does it fit right if all the world's stalwarts conjoin to put one person or one team down? This happens very easily in the case of India where various clans identify themselves as 'Indiya', 'Pakisthaan', 'Chaina', 'Turki', 'Hindusthan', 'Musalmaan', 'Inglis', 'Casteism', etc. besides the worldwide segregations of 'dogs, cats and rats'. And who would forget the 'snakes'? What is worse is that these evil people hide within the other's nations and cause detrimental loopholes in their security cyber-domes. Also, in the case of India, the matters are worsened by the 100 years of political strife where the Rule has been taken over by many entities and the Original Indians have been subverted. So many people and their relative spirits get involved and such evil loopholes always work to defeat India. Such worse was the scenario that they were able to ensnare many Indians into their fold using the usual 'sam, dam, dand, bhed niti and eventually started targeting 'Bharatmata', Indian Royals and the Captain India. Are they indulging into some kind of 'Mahabharat' war and targeting to capture 'Yudhishthir' into their 'Chakravyuh' and win the war? 

                    Here, I take this opportunity to reiterate to these evil minds that your war was lost many years back and thereafter all their deeds are accountable into criminal acts and here it's a Cricket match where Cricketing talents are matched to win the match. Such acts of interference, whether by their natural motivation or by some earthling's concoction of spirits, magic, or transmissions for distractions, dislodging of attention and involvement or confusing and double-mindset, magical occurrences, etc. are all accountable towards crime of fraud, illegal operations, intimidation and manhandling of the men in action.

                    Most of the time, it's the batsman who is easily targeted, sometimes it's the fielder, the bowler or the umpiring decisions. So the batsman's concentration is easily attacked, the fielders positioning and reflexes are manipulated, the bowler's hard work is further strained and to top it all, umpiring decisions fail a lot of aspirants and hopes. What is worse is nothing is done against these intruders. At least the ICC can ban these intruders and their earthling causes from relishing their earnings from cricket and no team should give any rewards to persons outside their followers. Such followers should be longtime followers and not match-fixing followers!

                    Now, I will list a few instances from this World Cup where external interference affected the players (as far as I can recollect here) - 1. Rohit's dismissals thrice - LBW, catch to mid off player (when he was caught in dual mind), and square cut which spun back onto his stumps (unlucky to a magic spell). It's also that the Indian Captain was targeted again and again. 2. Rahul's LBW. 3. Feud talks about supporting and helping Kohli instead of Rohit - would cause mutual distrust between the team members and the team's mainstays. 4. Lapse of concentration of Shubhman soon after Rohit's unlucky dismissal (to rattle the hopes of Indians in the match against New Zealand. ..... this will be continued with new addendums.

                        So much for now, I will write elaborately on this issue in my next book.  IPYadav.

 Spinning Ways Of The Ball

              The two top teams are going to fight it out for the top spot today in the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup 2023 but that is not just the reason why this match is important. This match could also be a preamble of the Finals. The possibility is thrilling to Crores of Indian fans and they should be very rightfully anxious about the Results, the final results of this World Cup. The way things are going, I give 90 percent chances to the Indian team to lift the Cup for the third time. 

                The setbacks can be in the form of exemplary performance by the opponent team, the inherent divisions and parting ways in the team, their own lack of willingness to get the Cup and of course the cyber environmental deceits and destructions. So far, the going has been good and apart from some incidents here and there, the team spirit and fightback has been praiseworthy. Hence the reason why I give 90% chances to this team. All the bowlers are performing (but lethal match winning shows are yet to be seen) and both the star batsmen are going positively with ample support from the others. This is very important because if some cyber upset gets one, the others perform and get the team through. This was why Dhoni used to be so helpful and now there is Rahul. But the need for a consistent long-lasting hard hitting batsman in the lower batting lineup remains a slight weak point. Or should I say that such a player is a boon for his team and other teams have such players. In the Indian team, this task is done by Rohit himself, and that too, right from the word Go. So he is also the primary target for the opponents.

                Talking about Rohit, his dismissal in the match against the Bangladesh, was a typical pacer's trick of bodyline direction. On the first ball, which was little more down the leg side, he was able to connect well and pulled it for a six. But the next ball was not that much to the leg side and instead it was heading straight onto his head. The result was that his handle length to the ball reduced and the ball remained within the boundary line. The long handle length the batsman can get when hitting the ball, the more powerful he can hit the ball and the more chances are there that it would be unstoppable. Here, for longer handle length, we have to connect the ball in the lower half of the bat, preferably at the quarter length of the blade from the bottom. And this we can do by shuffling to the off side when attempting to hit a pull or a hook shot. All new players should practice it as a habit to shuffle the back foot towards the off side and open front towards the short pitched leg side ball and the opt for a pull or a hook or ducking and letting it go.

                Coming to my title topic, that is Spinning ways of the ball, when a ball is spinning and it hits a flat surface, it moves towards the direction of it's spin. Because it gets less resistance in that direction and it deflects towards that side. This happens when it hits the ground and it also happens when it hits the bat. So if a ball is spinning outwards, it will pitch and go outwards i.e. outwards from the direction of the bat. So when it will hit the bat, it will run off outwards and the shot would be a powerful one. So much so that a square drive with an upward angle of the bat can go for a six and same way for a pull shot on the leg side. But if a ball is spinning inwards that is coming towards the bat, it has a tendency to get inwards. So its spin tendency has to be counteracted. It has to be played a little late (than the outward spinning ball) so that it's inward tendency is subverted by the late angle of the bat. This shot doesn't get much power naturally and the batsman's efforts are required in empowering and manipulating this shot. Also, since the spin is countered, any slight early or late contact can spill the ball over into a catch, and an easy catch since it doesn't develop much power. Instinct plays an important role in this case of playing it accurately. Also, it would be wise to angle the bat downwards and put the ball into the ground as it would require an enormous effort to put away it safely over and away from the fielders. Making room for the shot is also required as a longer handle would give more power to the shot.

                    This is true for all types of bowlers, whether pace or spin and an instant reckoning for the batsman that if the ball is coming towards the bat, he wouldn't be able to make it a great shot and so he delays his shot or stops altogether and plays a defensive shot. It's all that "practice makes a man perfect" but practicing with theoretical thinking would make a better batsman.

 India-Pakistan And England-Afghanistan Matches In ICC WC2023

             India - Pakistan match in the World Cup 2023, a blockbuster event in the subcontinent, had started off in a very unpleasant manner with Siraj bowling too many loose balls and giving away many precious runs. Then there appeared to be a change in the stance and some bouncers and bodyline directed balls were bowled. But that was frustrating. Whatever the teams and the Captains decided as a pre-match strategy, it certainly wasn't up to the mark for a blockbuster live event.

             Then doomed the literacy of bowling directed towards the stumps. In our old days, we used to hear in Radio commentary that a good length ball heading towards the stumps was treated respectfully. And this was minimum necessary in the present event. The Indian bowlers took the cue and started directing their deliveries on to the stumps. The top class Pakistani batsmen were tied down to the job of protecting their wickets and the fearless free flowing raps to the boundaries became a rare sight. And adding the top class off spin, googly and in-swingers to this, the direction of targeting the stumps became a lethal loophole in the Pakistani batting lineup. So many clean-bowled and LBW occurred that the Pakistani side was not able to reach even the 200 run mark. The target of 192 was easily achieved. The Pakistani bowlers also reciprocated with similar strategies, but the hard-hitting abilities of Rohit costed them dearly with lots of Sixers. Also, the other end was perfectly responsive with a perfect mix of defensive and attacking shots. 

               Shubhman Gill was a little unlucky because he sighted the ball well, played it well centered on his bat but only faltered in a little angling of the bat. When there was a fielder in that spot, a square drive or a late-cut should be played with little downward angle to put the ball down into the ground or with a little bigger upward angle to hit it over and above the fielder, probably for a six. A lot of Indian batmen fall prey to this bait of outside the off-stump because they don't angle their bat. The ball either takes the top edge or jumps upward with its spin.

                    Then, coming to the England-Afghanistan match, maybe England were taking them too lightly. Afghanistan batted first and amassed a huge score. Then, when England came to bat, the Afghanistan bowlers pressurized them up with directing the ball towards the stumps and the result was what nobody expected. Afghanistan beat England by getting them out well before the set target.

                  So, it seems the strategy of bowling to target the stumps is very very rewarding.   IPYadav

 India-Australia World Cup Match 

                             08th Oct. 2023,   venue Chennai, India

                 It was a good competitive match with both sides enduring with their batting as well as bowling skills in a reality match. I have used the term 'reality match' because, nowadays, rarely do we see a real show of batting as well as bowling strength. Usually, these are adjusted as a compensation to make a match batsmen oriented (with lots of runs, sixes and fours and high pumping of adrenaline - a perfection to the demands of the showbusiness) or to make it bowlers oriented, where a lot of wickets fall and keen tussle between bat and ball is tested. But today's match had traits of good bowling as well as good batting.

             I am planning to write a book to include about my learning cricket and technical analysis about it as well as my memoirs about cricket. Therefore, I had planned to watch this match full, mainly with the inquisition that our paper tigers fail again and again against the Australia. I had tried to do observations on some previous occasions as well but somehow, I didn't find those matches engrossing because they always looked like one-sided or meek surrender or fixed to suit the show business. But today's match was fought on actual strengths of each side, with setbacks for each side and then a show of fightback. There was no meek surrender by either side and a sustained effort gave the final result. This was perfect for my study and I made a lot of observations and analysis about each side (but mainly from the point of view of India). It contains observations about batting techniques, bowling techniques, strategic moves, instincts, impulses, cybersphere effects and thinking, etc. and of course the Umpiring techniques as well.

                    The third umpire's decision about Rohit's dismissal was intriguing in particular. The ball had turned in from far outside the offstump  onto upper pad of forward kneeling Rohit Sharma who appeared to be plumb straight in front of the wickets from the front camera. This means the ball would go far outside on the leg side when it would reach the wickets transverse line and likely to go way up and above the wickets. How did the third umpire's software find it be hitting the stumps? Many software are manipulated nowadays and could this be another instance? 

                I had initially planned to write these here in my blogs but then I had different thoughts as these are a teams winning or losing fortunes and my blogs are read all over (or should I say that the copied material from my blogs is published elsewhere and read by innumerable viewers) which means it would divulge cricket secrets which is usually done by only a Guru to his disciples, who in turn keep it a secret and carry forward the tradition. So, I guess I will not unsettle their tradition. But I wouldn't mind supporting such tradition of a coach and team strategist and do good for Indian cricket and help in evolving better cricketers.    IPYadav

  Women's Voting Rights In Elections

    My little girl asked me a question last night about why women were not allowed to vote in the begini8ng years of the previous century. This was my reply:

    Right from the ancient times, Indian (and therefore the Aryan) method of united living was to involve all the households in the process of decision making. This was done through the Panchayat system. There the elders of the household gathered to formulate laws, policies and plans and the decisions were executed through the elders onto each household. Earlier, the elders were free to gather together for such long and intriguing discussions while the younger people went about their day-to-day work. Then, there was need for some critical decisions to be adopted only as per confirmed majority of the households to be willing to get involved in it (e.g. engaging into a war, adopting some Uniform Civil Code, etc.) because with a large number of households not getting involved would mean an alarming loss of power and increased risk of loss. So, the presence of every household and their consequent vote became the mode of social decision making. Here too, the focus was to garner support and involvement of each household.

    But then this system  was considered inappropriate as some families contributed one head for one male adult in the family, some contributed five heads for five male adults in the family and some others contributed only one head for five male adults in the family. So unevenness was unpalatable in mutual relations and even though the elders were good enough to keep the family and the society together, incidents do happen (these happened for Lord Rama as well). So the next development was to involve all adult male as voters and the accumulated votes would stand up for the cause if required. Hence the system of voting by all adult males was promulgated as the standard form for all issues. The ladies were not required to stand up in public as it was mutually understood by one and all that the 'ardhangini' (the wife) would join with the husband in all deeds and therefore not required to be explained the pros and cons of each case and vote after understanding these and thinking about her family situation with  respect to these matters. Similarly, unwed adult females (which were normally nil) were also not burdened to participate. Single widows were not bothered as well. So, in those times, women's voting was not required at all.

    These necessities were acutely required in the Western World and especially in the US when the war ravaged countries with lots of widows and single married/unmarried adult working/non-working females to take care of were required to involve women into the voting system and into the Government so that they could voice their difficulties and dangers straight to the Government and to their Societies in their Countries. Thus came up the issue of allowing women into elections both as a Candidate as well as a Voter.

    So, in modern times, all democratic methods require women to vote as well as permit women to contest in the elections.

  180923 Row Over Threat To Sanaatan Dharm 

    When the threat to finish the Sanaatan Dharm was proclaimed, I was wondering as to what was secretly meant in such a proclamation. So, herein, I will present my various viewpoints to my readers and leave the issue to my readers to decide.

    First and foremost thought was about a cyberspace talk about Bhagwaan (the God) and Bhagwaa (the bhagwa colored cloths). Theoretically, as per study of Hindi Vocabulary, if we look keenly on the spelling of these two words (Bhagwaan and Bhawaa) these are like antonyms i.e. meaning oppositely to each other. Then what is the essence of these two words which are like founding stones of Hinduism (the God Himself and the sacred color cloth itself). How can these oppose each other? Is it that the various sects of Hinduism (like those groups worshipping Brahma, Vishnu, Shiv, Matarani, Ram, Krishna, Devraj Indra, etc.) has got some relation to the coining of these opposing sensed words? Just while these thoughts were flowing through, the very next day came the proclamation. So does it (the proclamation) has got some relation to the ancient feuds of Hinduism?

    Second thought was about the recent political events all over the world. The powers of 'Adharma' (evil) are taking a beating all over the world and hence the followers of such black powers are highly anxious and perturbed. So in a vicious attempt to fightback, they could have caused such proclamation to call and raise their people to fight the powers of 'dharma' (good will). For this they could have generated the command at their power center and promulgated it to their followers all over the world and since India is at the center of their feud with the powers of 'Good', such a command and mission has burst out over here. This means the sectarian clans of the South India as well as the separatist forces like the Tamil Rebels could involved and be activated. Does it mean that the demolition of 'paid fighters' in Ukraine is falling out upon India because they could be thinking it to be an easy meat and a hefty meat to rebuild themselves! We sure should be alarmed and be prepared just in case if it is so.

    Thus I was myself confused and eager to see how it unfolds but nothing happened except that a lot of hue and cry is going on about such comments. Then, I have come to consider a third point of view which is also a dangerous trend. This is to divide the country into two groups - the upper caste Hindus who are would identify themselves as 'Sanaatan Hindus' and the others who would include the lower caste Hindus, the 'baahari log (the outsiders or offspring of invaders) as well as the opportunistic and sectarian Indians (looking for better future with the enemies of Indians). Naturally, the first type would run to the BJP and it's allies and bolster it's leaders (10 years of their rule hasn't brought 'achhe din' yet for Bharat Mata or Yoyo Group or the 'Indian Raj' Group) (on the contrary, a lot of bad has been done, and if I am thinking right, then their top leaders are in it too). (So,) For me, all their Governmental works, policies, plans, etc. remain suspended and subject to review classifying each leader's and Section's works separately and the effect of Controls in their works. Surprisingly, when I started using 'Bharat Mata ki Jaya' in my (last two) blogs, the PM has enforced an instant name change from India to Bharat in the G20 Summit. And maybe he left India to the second type who would collectively form I.N.D.I.A. These second type were always with the Ruling Party i.e. the Congress and never surrendered their 'Ruling Party entity' to the 'Swaraj'. So 'Swaraj' remained a far cry and the opportunistic BJP leaders grabbed the Rule for themselves. This seems  to be the story of 'Swaraj, Achhe din, Yoyo, IndianRaj, Raja Hindustaani, etc., etc. So, if India bifurcates into these two types and under the rule of these leaders, the cases of 'Swaraj, Achhe din, Yoyo, IndianRaj, Raja Hindustaani, etc., etc. would become lost. Does it mean that these two Parties are bifurcating India (previously it was hindustaan and pakisthaan; now it seems to be bhaarat and i.n.d.i.a.) and each party's leaders are downplaying Indian Raj (no native monarchs are into the leadership fray! where is their Monarchy? where is 'Swaraj'?), and which means that they are conducting Foreign Rule, can it mean that they may divide into two parts the North going to BJP leaders and the South going to the Congress leaders (and people of the second type!) Wouldn't it be a dangerous trend?

    Such a trend was always there there when the South always supported the Nehru and Gandhi family (so called Ruling family) and Congress but had their own Party and their own Rule and the ruling ways. South was always segregated in all fields and worked differently. It seems they have dislodged the Gandhi family and worked out their settings with the BJP leaders to continue to divide India and Rule over India. So every now and then, rows about Aurangzeb, Hanuman, Sanaatan, Nooh, Mathura, etc. keep popping up like pop up screens on the laptop and churn up heated debates and mindsets of these segregations. So we are deprived of our fortune of 'Swaraj' and 'Foreign Rule' is dividing Indians and thrust it's clutches to cut out small parts for themselves as their offspring's territories just as they did for Pakistan and Bangladesh. 

    We are into the 21st century and freedom, fundamental rights, equality, United Nations, ICJ, etc. are the norms of living but reality speaks something else. Realities are debt traps, Corona Virus, Black-White feuds, brotherhoods across the borders, NATO / Russia alliance, corruptions and impeachments, computerized sectarian controls, forced deprivations and manipulations, economic assault, etc. and add to it our local Hindu-Muslim, North-South, natives-externals, Gandhis-Modis, etc. They keep playing their cards like it's their game to play and 'Swaraj' was their stumble stone which they cunningly devised to hide from the Indians and instead grabbed hold onto the rule by hook or by crook and scattered us helter-skelter to Rule over us. We cannot let this happen to our ages old India and whether it's BJP or it's Congress, we should demand for 'Swaraj' and our own 'Monarch(s)'. Let them take the seat , show their face and lead the country instead of any 'Tom, Dick and Harrys' running India through Internet screens.   IPYadav

        Ever since 1947, when India and Pakistan were divided, India has been facing a kind of dual syndrome. A lot of elements stayed back in India but actually they never worked for the good of India. Till 1977, they all trumpeted their own ideals and principles and then came the Janta Dal debacle. The West were never happy with India regaining 'Raj' and one country of their own, so they cooked up all sorts of 'khichdi' (concoction) in Indian Political Faces, assigning their own names and secret justification. These justifications were kept secret because they knew they would be failed in their ideas. So they indulged in small-timers as Indian Faces and started feeding their khichdi to them and to the Indian masses. Everybody was made to watch such faces online and follow their executionary decisions.

        Of course, they and their ideas were resented, but then they had another khichdi (concoction) ready to increase their strengths. That was - 'Divide the loot'.

        That's right. So far you all heard the policy of 'divide and rule', but now they indulged in 'Divide the loot'. And to accomplish their purpose, they had those Indian looking faces of elements of 1947 as mentioned above. So they skewed up with all principles and logics and tempered with the Rights of Indian people as well as their good fortune of 'Swaraj'.

        It's a pity that some of our own haughty and foolish faces were involved in all this. Even we face incidents when our mind gets locked for some instant but as soon as situation changes, we recover our thinking power. But these haughty faces were all adept in taking executive decisions all by themselves (and the other Party wouldn't come out of their hideout hole and discuss the matter with all those affected). So blunders were made. They have been told but they wouldn't reorient themselves. Afterall, if they had to think about justice, then why would they hide? They were empowered by the Western forces in their executionary authority. 

        Now the situation has come where India is controlled by these hideouts as well as by the aspiring Indians. So we are facing a Dual Personality Syndrome. On one side we are not with the West in the matter of Ukraine-Russia war and on the other hand, PM Modi is given a grand stature in the US and sensitive defence equipment is being given to him. I have used 'him' here because such a deal may have been carried out between one part of Indians (maybe indiya or hindusthan or other similar group) and not with India. Could it be that such group may be forming 'pakisthaan' or 'turkii' or other such 'baahari log' (people of origins outside India - external invader clans of history of India). Clearly the Nation is facing a split policy  streams and it could lead to a split nation.

           Finally, let's all make a call "Bharatmata ki jay".   IPYadav

About 'IPY Raj' And 'IPY YoYo' Groups 080322copy On Commcomm

       'Divide and Rule' is a policy attributed to the British Raj in India but that was more because the common masses were educated about such procedures of the Ruling Class to hold on the their rule with ease and comfort (to themselves) and thus educate them to unite and remain united. In any civilization, the management uses this and other tricks to tackle the workforce and bring out their loyalty and faithfulness traits so as to get best output from them. Bad management and foreign Rulers use these to suit their selfish desires but India has seen this tactic being used in utmost ditching way where the common men were left to run helter-skelter without anyone to guide them hungry hounds digging into their wounds again and again and ripping them apart from every fiber holding them to get lost in the wild wide world or maybe into cyberspace. So much so that, nowadays, they look onto the screens for guidance for every work or action they do. They have no confidence on those who may be on their left or on the right.

      All this because these gangs of hounds grabbed the power and they started entrenching themselves into the Indian Society. They created confusions on every issue of Indians, divided the controlling minds, sided and pampered one side or group and ripped apart the others. Thus, they played around with people of India on issues like 'Indiya' and 'Pakistaan', further demarcating it into 'Indya', 'Pakisstaan', 'Pakisthaan', etc., issue of Raj or YoYo, issue of legitimate or illegitimate, issues of sins, Rights, 'My Money', 'My Raaj', 'my Right of way', 'my wayward or junglee ways of exercising my Rights', 'widespread hunger, thirst, and pathetic conditions on Earth', 'my quality of wisdom to properly organize and conduct Earth's Affairs (and you inability in it)', various other such 'My' -related self-egoist methodologies, etc. divided them at every instance. Even Social procedures like socializing methods and even vote counting were used to engulf fully or semi unknowing ignorant people but very deceitfully the knowledgeable and powerful people and entities were kept away. In other words, all this was done in their social dome or cybersphere and nothing was leaked out (is it something similar to my business situation where I perceive that the whole world talks about what I blog over here but my viewership count rarely goes into double digit, most of the time it remains zero!). Nobody could even assume 'the Divide And Rule Policy' because they would be asked to clarify (with threats of damage charges, etc) which for the fully or semi-unknown people always happened to be confusing and slowly, one after the other, everybody was pulled into these and assigned a place in their conundrum. They all understood that they were loosing their independence but being confused, none of them could avoid it. To make matters worse, some greedy and wicked heads started trapping one and all. Their 'Brahmastras' gathered more and more power, overwhelming Societies and controlling even the whole nation.

        Indians braved through it all, braced through some, compromised with some and fell apart into some others. Raj or YoYo was one such point of confusion and maybe the most fundamental to the existence of most of the others. Because it's existence blocked many other possibilities and it's clarification opens all those and many more. The hide and seek methodologies adopted inside the dome made it virtually impossible for any help to resolve it but the fraudsters knew it all and yet continued to play foul under the safety of their wholesome control even demeaning the fact that such wholesome control was valid only to the extent of lawful Rule. So they controlled all the affairs and kept pushing the great ancient civilization to termination. At least my cyberspace called foul everyday so often and yet nothing happened. Probably the ice was cracked only when the post I made about this issue reached you all. Now, to further improve it, I have created two WhatsApp groups 'IPY Raj'  and 'IPY YoYo' so as to be able to communicate with both group people separately and jointly. 'IPY' is the joining uniqueness in both and my previous post shows the way why IPY can be assigned to both Groups. So, I am operating both the Groups and I encourage both group people to unite and discuss with each other on the basis of my post and how it would effect the erosion of the confusion. It will also keep your segregation intact while you can correspond directly with me clarify your other confusions, remove your hurdles and restraints and work amicably among yourself as well as with other groups. Afterall we are all Indians and unity is utmost necessary for power and progress. IPY is the common entity in both these groups and it should unite you as well.    IPYadav

The Main Context

The Main Context

    First of all, let me greet you all for the Independence day of India (now here I don't mean for I.N.D.I.A.) (don't you think the second terminology looks bigger, bolder and divided and first terminology is dwarfed and swamped over in it's existence)

     I have placed so many flags and captioned my picture as 'The Main Context' because I want to depict that the main contextual flags prevail over all these other flags. Which means the main flags only can be carried forward to other locations and the the other locations can be given a house flag or their native flag. If the main flags are both Indian (the essence of 'SWARAJ'), the native flags can only be that of 'India'!

       So that means there can be no place for independent groups like Indiya, Hindustaan, Pakisthaan, Chaina, etc. etc. It was and it is all hoax created by those who wanted to divide and rule but RULE is what they were not entitled to. 

         Today, when we are celebrating our Independence Day, we should remember that in 1947 we got independence from British Rule and we got our entity of existence, but then many of our Indian-looking brethren subverted even 'swaraj' to make their selfish gains and a lot of our people have been pushed into slavery like lifestyle. This was bad and that too when they were supposed to enjoy 'Swaraj'.

         So while we celebrate Independence Day, we regret incidents like those of Manipur, etc. and we all hail 'Bharatmata ki jaya'.     IPYadav

    Lot of questions are being raised about why MSD is not playing in the Indian Team. Almost all the excuses for being out of the team have been used up. And now BCCI is not renewing MSD's contract, or rather, they cannot renew it. There were also statements that MSD will have to prove himself and earn a place in the team. So much for the star of the Indian cricket and that too when a senior colleague is appointed as BCCI President. 

    Let's reconsider the chain of events about this occurrence. The founding stones were laid way back when MSD met PM Modi and then announced relinquishing the Captaincy. The next event was concocted about two years back when a powerful entity was about to take birth and '15 Din Mein Kaal' (Doomsday In 15 Days) was proclaimed. 'Kaal' didn't occur but a similar occurrence was intentionally and forcibly concocted. At whose instance, I can't say, but upon reviewing my comments for compiling into a book, I found that around same time when MSD relinquished captaincy, President Obama had, after his visit to India, promoted 'DDLJ' (Big-hearted will take away the bride) talks. The country also faced economy-breaking modifications like 'Notebandi' (withdrawal of currency notes of Rs.1000 and Rs.500) and GST. However useful these steps may be, these are useful AND REQUIRED for those doing Online transactions. Naturally, all expatriates and people of external origin and external links were able to take it on easily and without any disturbance in their business but people of Indian origin were hit hard in many ways. So Modinomics started succeeding in 'Making India Cashless' and thus a safe-haven for online business operations. I wonder if other people who joined online operations were able to do it safely or if they faced unfair operations, submissions to foreign powers and online frauds! But these are separate topics to deal with in detail.

    Returning back to MSD's incident, the game-plan was probably pre-decided before the World Cup. Big betting was to be conducted and India had to loose. And in the bargain, these Betters were to be rewarded with big opportunities, offers, positions, money, lording over masses, etc. As pre-planned, the team was selected and and a money-minting show was to be enacted. But then, and because the DDLJ's entity was involved, they changed plan and now the tagline was to surrender tamely before a match and a lot of players did so. Rohit Sharma played and got five centuries. Only 'Dulhaniya's' (Bride's) players in the team played and others skipped it. By the time the team progressed towards Semis, they had stopped playing and apparently started failing. There were probably MPs and Stars conducting direct instructions from their Bosses (maybe Supremo Amit Shah or PM Modi himself?). The fact was that the only consistent Star Player in the Indian contingent, Virat Kohli, failed and so did the team. The team was full of novice players and Pant was already in to take MSD's place. Adding to it, Dhawan got injured and after five World Cup centuries, Rohit had to fail. Was it logical occurrence to detract magical happening or was it some strict 'no-go' command in the dressing room or was it forced concocted effect to fall in line with 'DDLJ executions'. Still MSD stood there to hold fort and take the total close to winning. But as fate would have it, or should I say that concoction or pre-fixed plan had to be followed, India lost in semis and England became the new World Champion. Probably, this act of holding the fort and letting a lot of booty escape from defeat or the loses incurred for payouts to make deals for a concocted result, was the cause MSD got immediately crossed out, 'Dada' took the control of BCCI and PM Modi continued enjoying the success of his high-handed politics and DDLJ booties. It had happened before and it was being re-enacted again.

    But unfortunately, DDLJ is not consistent with 'Swaraj'. For all these years, I have been calling out about 'Hollow Eyes' and that the blunderers cannot get away with their follies and least of all with their deceit and crime. But in spite of all the protests, these 'elements' were secretly and cunningly making a fool of the world and growing bigger and bigger and enjoying their life. So, I had to use more insight into the situations and assume the errors and follies that could be going on. Then, I resorted to more open expressions in my public blogs, to divulge more logical faults to prove my point of 'Hollow Eyes' (falsified statements about truth and true situation). It had to be something that people will know and would be able to understand easily. As things would have it, the 'Hollows Eyes' surfaced again and this time all around the world. Such is the impact of it that even USA , which has a powerful control of law, is also shaken by it's roots and Democrats (President Obama was a Democrat!) are trying hard to impeach the Republican President, probably to take control of the Government and hide their 'DDLJ' blunder (or crime?) and maybe unite with their 'DDLJ' friends to quieten the world (mainly Republicans and Real Indians) by the sheer use of force similar to dictatorship. The attack on 'Hezhollah', attack on US embassy in Iraq, killing of Irani General along with Iraqi outlaw, all these when the President of USA was being impeached and made powerless are all incidents pointing out to attempts to invoke and involve use of force and thus frighten and quieten the world-wide uprising.

     Here, in India, first it was Kashmir and then North-East and Hindu refugees from neighboring countries, but the issues of CAA and NPR are being fought out all over India. So many anti-CAA/NPR protests are being carried out, with a sheer assumption that it will be eventually applied to whole of India! What will they do, when we will ask all foreign origin people to leave Indian territory and go back to their native place because they have indulged in blocking 'Swaraj' and conducting crimes against an International Law and event? What will they do when we will ask for compensation and punishment for such crime? If they can falsify facts and push me to some kind of probable punishment and gobble away all my earnings, Copyrights and Topirights (Right to be capped or patent rights), family, friends and followers and subject to food poisoning and subversion, then why shouldn't they be punished for actual crimes and why shouldn't I be compensated and restored with all my earnings, Copyrights and Topirights (Right to be capped or patent rights), family, friends and followers and 'my Rightful place'? If International Law allows you to take slaves, then why shouldn't, as per 'Swaraj' Rule (Independent Rule, Own-self Rule) of International Law, we get to have our own 'Raj' without any kind of interference from the outer world. Why shouldn't we free the Indian territory of Pakistan and Bangladesh from foreign inhabitants and restore it to India? These are all questions that must be raising alarms worldwide in the heads of 'DDLJ Politicians' and to save their skin, they must be causing uproars and civil disturbances. But that would also be criminal. Wouldn't it be?

     So, in my weird thoughts, I think that just as PM Modi demeaned Indian Captain, provided a shoulder to foreign powers to fire upon Indians, put shutters on the Indian economy on 9/11/16, was making India 'cashless', was making the people line up for pension funds, etc. and Rule over them, all in the name of 'wisehead stories', the 'Hollow Eyes' have pulled out the steam out of their 'law and justice' statures and shouts. The Indian Captain has taken over (maybe MSD in backstage of politics) and started controlling the foreign elements, which is the first step of security any native leader would do, and thus embarked upon reclaiming India. For once, it appears Indian command is in order, so India had to be in disorder (their reaction to our action!), by way of impact of dark period as well as by deceiving foreign / foreign-origin miscreants.

     So either way, MSD has gone into forced retirement. We can only hope that he has bounced back and influencing Indian cricket from backstage, just as Superkings (Kingmakers) do.   IPYadav

     Yesterday was anniversary of Haiti Earthquake, one of the worst natural disaster of modern times. But I have some other premonitions.
     It's very much like a scary fairy-tale, but fairy tales do happen in this world. I am sure you all would agree with me about it. This also co-relates with my personal experiences and the events in India. So there is very likelihood that I am Right!

     Is this 'Brahmastra' corroding and weakening the pillars of India's existence and demolishing the glorious India of our ancestors. And for this, it's using all fractions of India! Don't you think this is what is happening?    IPYadav 

New Addition: Whatever were my thoughts at that time, I don't recollect clearly. There were no views and no responses, so it all faded away into history. But what I instinctively feel is that India is bombarded with not just one but many 'Brahmastras' or there may be a whole gang with each member operating his own 'Brahmastra, and each one striving to capture India and it's treasures. What is worse is that they cooperate with each other and work on the principles of 'Divide The Loot' (remember Divide and Rule of the British Era). So their whole workplan could be to Rule India from the back-offices while we innocent and blind-folded Indians go around for our day-to-day work thinking that we are working hard for our free and independent nation.   IPYadav

    Four Day Tests are being considered to fit in so many Test playing Nations in the ICC Championship for Test Matches. This modification, which is actually a sincere effort to reduce time spent in playing a Test Match and thus squeeze in more number of Test Matches, is actually a futile effort because neither does it support the spirit of a Test Match and nor does it save much time in the overall fixture. So, the whole plan of playing a'Test Match' of only four days and allow more number of 'Test Matches' would modify the existence of 'Test Matches' in Cricket history.

    During the seventies and eighties of the last century, even the five day Test Matches used to be dull as they all used to virtually result in slow- moving draws. Only few of them used to become interesting as they would hold up the results till the end. Nowadays, a lot of matches finish within four days but even they don't becoming engrossing as mostly they are lop-sided events and only sooth the winning team's and their fans' ego. So, the players indulge in playing mind-games and pre-fixing or even on-field match-fixing (to grab betting fortunes) and just give their viewers the appearance of a closely contested match. This demeans the spirit of preparing for a 'Test' and playing a 'Match' to represent and uphold the honour of a Nation. Four day Test Matches would become a futile exercise for evenly matched sides as they would give very less time to complete the 'Test' and make it engrossing. Only lop-sided matches would provide results and they too would be a futile exercise of appeasing the superior team's or superior player's ego. Matches mutually decided and played according to that pattern would be seemingly engrossing to a lot of viewers, but they would be degrade the game for many of them and the players too.  Only matches with lethal bowling attack from both sides would be engrossing but then the batsmen wouldn't like such a match at all.

     The spirit of a 'Test Match' also requires a test of all aspects of cricket to be actually executed on field by each team as their playing strategy and counter-playing strategy as well as amending it to the actual circumstances to win a match or at least to save the match with a draw. Even the weaker teams have an inspiration to perform the best they can instead of assuming it as a lost cause and just appeasing the egos. It is here that one has to start with an optimum speed to complete a win and the one in the weaker situation has to make strategies to hold on to their fort. And although most of the situations unfold within a day or two, there is ample suspense if it would develop into a win / loose game till end or otherwise if the weaker side will be able to save the match with a draw. Then there are individual records and feats to be achieved. It is these that make the game engrossing for both sides. Even in games like football or hockey, any moment a goal can turn the fortunes of the teams in a short span of 90 minutes, Cricket is like a battle where all your worth is given a chance and even a second innings over an optimum time span of five days and even a rest day in between. By bringing in professionalism into the game, we have removed the rest day from the Test Matches but by removing another day from the time span, it would result in half fought battles or arranged battles to appease our minds but actually fixing the results to our suitability. Cricket looses it's essence. (And ensuing grudge can get vented out with actual battles or diplomatic accusations!)

    Nowadays the teams play about three Test Match series and that would save just three days in a series. This much can be adjusted by reducing the gaps in between two series. Players can take a break by skipping a match or series in between. This can also be used as a mutually agreed and approved pre-match strategy where the weaker side may be given a boost by resting star player(s). A similar ICC approved pre-match strategy can be to allow the respective Boards to decide and play a four day Match. This again gives the weaker side to hold on for four days and draw the match. But in such cases the actual match would be counted as a normal five day match and reduction of one day would be only as a part of pre-match strategy like many other such strategies. And the evenly balanced teams would opt for a full five day match.

    Another, modification that can be effected is by organizing quadrangular series wherein four teams get together in a country or region, complete their bilateral series while playing with the other three teams in nearby locations in quick succession and completing their series with three teams in one go. then each team can take a suitably long break.

     Here's an example: four teams A, B, C, D come together in a region (e.g. Asia, India+, Australia-New Zealand, S. Africa-Zimbabwe, West Indies, England, etc). Assume teams A and D are strong and equally matched, teams B and C are weak. Their Boards decide that A vs D and B vs C will be equally matched and therefore 5 day matches and A vs B, A vs C, D vs B and D vs C are unevenly matched so their matches would be 4 day long. Then their schedule would be

first 4 days - A vs B and D vs C; then 2 day gap 

next 7 to 11 days - A vs D and B vs C; then 1 or 2 days gap (assume 2 days)

next 14 to 17 days - A vs C and D vs B then 1 or 2 days gap (assume 2 days)

so in nineteen first round is completed. For a 3 Test Match series it would take 57 days and giving another one month for ODIs and T20Is, three countries can be completed in three months. Thus, six countries in six months and nine countries in nine months. Still each team can get three months break every year while completing a 3 Test Match series against each other Test playing Country. Also, consecutive equal match gets shielded by two easy matches in between defusing the stress on Star Players. Once the system is initiated, modifications can be done regarding grouping and how many matches each region or country gets. 

    The Match tactics will also vary with each match and all kinds of talents get a chance to do their bit for their country. After all, while the ODIs and T20Is have made the cricket a fast moving game, can we forget all those walls in front of the wickets that the opponents couldn't demolish and saved the match for their countries. In today's lethal bowling attack, it is the dirth of these skills that cause a team to collapse and lose a match, sometimes by a large margin like an innings defeat. We should remember that even a gully player develops hitting skills but only serious students of cricket are able to develop defending skills. A four day Test Match will surely wipe out these kinds of players and this kind of cricket talent.     Are Ruling Party People becoming Protesters? While there are widespread protests worldwide against the exigencies of the Rulers or the Ruling Party by the common people of a Nation, it seems the Ruling Party has shifted their stance of using guns upon them to creating uproar and protests by their followers. This is a totally agonizing situation where the Ruling Party indulges in using their power of majority to subvert the minority either internally or on a worldwide scale. This is totally averse to humanity and fundamental Rights of human beings. This is also a shameful etiquette by the Rulers, totally demeaning faith, principles, honor, uprighteousness, authority, etc.

    After all, if it is a business of Rulers to play games and stories and use powers to exercise their Rule, then it is a Right of common men to ask questions about wrongs and protest if they are unheard. Even exigencies upon human beings is itself questionable and Ruling Party has to openly clarify their support to any such happening or take steps to stop it if they don't support it. And instead of clarifying their acts and their stand about such happenings, if they try to withstand with their followers, then it is simply pathetic. Even in logical terms, it is wrong. Suppose a Ruler is making a mistake then all his followers also become prone to such mistake. In that case, even if they hold majority, they all will be on the wrong track. Justice doesn't see majority. Majority can win only in doubtful cases. But where a Wrong is clear as crystal, the whole majority will become wrong and punishable for Wrong as well as for wrongful use of force. So, showdown with majority by the Ruling Party is illogical. Instead, they should face the opponents and get their misunderstandings clarified.

Note: I will again stress upon the fact that the common men have a Right to question and clarify about anything wrong happening with them and that too without paying any price for it. After all, being a Ruler, the Ruler takes the smarter position in any game or story. But that doesn't mean that he starts forfeiting the common men and their Rights. Or is it that a mean Ruler demeans principles, authority, uprighteousness, etc.?  IPYadav

    Similar incidents have happened before in Russia, Somalia, France, Chile, Brazil and many other places. Our very own 'Baba Ramdev incident' is also reminisced annually. And all this is happening in democracy where elected leaders have resorted to guns to subvert the protesters.
     Then there are many nations where people take to illegal guns, either in underworld or as terrorism, all in the name of survival, safeguarding of interests, independence of clan or protecting own people and own religion. But little do they know about politics, co-existence and competition on Earth or within a Nation and games people play with their sentiments and their situations.
     Even in developed countries like USA and UK, protests about one or other worldwide issues are becoming an almost daily news but how much does it affect the concerned authorities and their policies. While a Democratic President talks and acts about DDLJ, proudly ransacks huge bounty and gets away, a Republican President is held back with judicial inquiries and impeachment motions by the same Democrats! What a law in USA? And UK is eager to subvert everything and forge ahead of everybody else. Where PM May failed, PM Major barges through (similarity intended to a hefty bullying person). This puts all the five permanent members of the security council (and holding Veto power) in the dark as arrogant, rude, bullying, subverting and forceful controllers of the world. =>   I suppose the basic reasoning behind this is the secret politics that leaders indulge in and stick to their acts based upon uprighteousness as per such secret politics. So instead of judging what is right or wrong in their policies, they resort to defy the reasoning and thinking of so many protesters with the help of guns. Little do they think that a policy review and discussion is required and not the gun-totting police. After all, what use is such democracy where a majority group rules over a minority group or where a bunch of fools sit as secret game players and squander away humans and humanity. It seems the people reading about IPY Network are either previously oriented to think or happen to opine that IPY Networks is some kind of MLM marketing scheme. It is absolutely not so and I have not even taken any registration for MLM marketing company.

    In fact, IPY Networks is just a Group of like-minded people, either wholly or in a limited way. These will be classed among the members depending upon their purpose of interest in IPYadav's Comments or business and cooperation with other members. Therefore, to join the IPY Networks at out-most Class, there are no obligations and as we involve further, the obligations towards each other increase just as in a mutual friendship. All in the mutual friends circle grows to form social circles or societies.

    Therefore, IPY Networks is like as Club where people congregate with some purpose and involve themselves as per their will.
